Our email service provider Sendgrid had been experiencing outages causing emails from Get Satisfaction to not be sent.  We are now seeing emails flowing again, but it may take a while for Sendgrid to be able to process the backlog.

Get Satisfaction systems are back up, but our email provider is currently experiencing issues which are preventing us from sending emails for any of their customers.

Get Satisfaction web site and application are temporarily unavailable, APIs and other services such as mobile and Facebook are working OK.  We hope to have this resolved shortly.  We apologize for the inconvenience.

Get Satisfaction will be unavailable for system maintenance starting at 10 PM EST, 7PM Pacific time - 30 minutes from now.

The Get Satisfaction application (communities, widgets, Facebook, APIs) will be unavailable for approximately 2 hours starting at 7PM Pacific Time (10 PM Easter Time) while we enhance our Disaster Recovery capabilities. During this time we will be moving our production hosting site from the East Coast to the West Coast.  Users will see a “down for maintenance message” during the maintenance time.
