The Get Satisfaction application is temporary unavailable, we are working to restore the service as quickly as possible.

Subscription processing 12 minute outage

The vendor we use for managing subscriptions had a brief outage this morning.  During this period,  Get Satisfaction customers were unable to provision new communities or upgrade or downgrade existing subscriptions.  All other Get Satisfaction services were performing normally.  We regret the inconvenience.

Outage resolved

We have resolved the problem causing the outage, and the service should be back to normal.  We apologize for the incovenience.

Get Satisfaction outage

We are experiencing an application outage starting at 4:55PM Pacific time.  Our team is investigating.

Get Satisfaction database upgrade completed

We have completed our major database upgrade project.  All services should be normal again.  Thanks for your patience.

Get Satisfaction database upgrade beings at 8PM Pacific

Reminder:  Get Satisfaction’s database upgrade and maintenance window begins in 25 minutes at 8PM Pacific time.  Get Satisfaction systems will be unavailable during this maintenance window which we expect to last less than 2 hours.

Maintenance Window 10/25 @ 8pm Pacific Time

We will have a maintenance window on Thursday, October 25th at 8pm Pacific Time. This planned downtime could last up to 2 hours as we complete a major database upgrade. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this might cause you, and we appreciate your patience while we perform the maintenance.

Our support phone line has been up and down this morning. Please be patient while we resolve this issue.

[Resolved] Get Satisfaction services restored

11:45 AM Pacific.  We have moved servers out of the Amazon zone that is failing and service should be back to normal although response time may be slower than usual until we complete our cleanup.
